I have selected Face ID/Finger Print at login but I couldn’t login with it when I tried to login again. What should I do?
Please confirm if your device supports Face ID or Finger Print.
*If you are an Android user and using a version lower than Android 9, the app cannot identify if your device supports Face ID/Finger Print authentication. In this case, you can tick the "Use Face ID or Finger Print" checkbox but you won't be able to login with Face ID/Finger Print when you login next time.
